Cancellation policy
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee, since your time slot cannot be offered to another client.
Personal valuables
Please remove all personal valuables, documents, electronics and loose items before your appointment. WaXon is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.
Excessive dirt surcharge
Heavy mud, sand, biohazard-level debris or severely neglected interiors automatically trigger a +$69.90 surcharge. Pet hair and stain removal are billed through their own add-ons.
Refresh 30-day limit
The reduced WaXon Refresh pricing applies only to vehicles scheduled within 30 days after a Prime Service. This limit is strict. After day 30, the vehicle is booked at the Express or Prime rate.
Ceramic protection & durability
This process is carried out using premium-quality products and meticulous techniques. The coating’s longevity and protection depend exclusively on following these post-application care instructions.
WaXon ceramic coating aftercare
- First 24 hours: Keep the vehicle dry. Do not wash.
- First 7 days: Hand wash only when absolutely necessary. No automatic washes, waxes or polishing.
- Every 2 to 4 weeks: Hand wash with a pH-neutral automotive shampoo. Use clean microfiber wash tools and dry thoroughly.
- Avoid: Tunnel car washes, nylon brushes, harsh chemicals, abrasive products, and letting bird droppings or mineral deposits sit on the paint.
- Water spots? Do not attempt to polish them yourself. Contact WaXon immediately.
- Maintenance: A professional coating inspection and maintenance service is highly recommended every 3 to 4 months.
Estimated longevity
- CQUARTZ UK 3.0: 18 to 24 months of real-world durability with proper maintenance.
- Ethos Graphene Coating V2.0: 48 to 60 months of real-world durability with proper maintenance.
Headlight restoration: post-care
Your WaXon Light Restoration can last up to 2 years, depending on how well it is cared for. Protect the new ceramic UV coating on your headlights by following these steps.
During the next 48 hours
- Do not get the headlights wet or expose the vehicle to heavy rain.
- Do not pressure wash the vehicle or go through automatic car washes.
- Do not rub, wipe or touch the plastic surface of the lights.
For the future: Wash them only with pH-neutral shampoo and soft microfiber towels. Avoid harsh degreasers and abrasive chemicals.
Make it last: Schedule your Refresh maintenance service with us every 6 months to reapply the UV protection booster.
